Liebe Gartenfreunde, ich möchte gern im Juli für 3 Wochen o.ä. in einem englischen Garten am besten als ehrenamtliche Bürgerin oder Praktikantin oder wie auch immer arbeiten und dabei mein englisch und meine Gartenkenntnisse verbessern....hat jemand das schon gemacht ? Hat jemand Ahnung, wo sowas geht ? Ich freue mich auf Tipps.Julia

Ich hab nur einige Berichte in der Mirgliederzeitung gelesen. Fuer die working holidays wird Unterkunft und Vepflegung organisiert, ziemlich rustikal nach der Beschreibung. Und Du hast Recht, offenbar meinen die, der/die uebliche Freiwillige ist ziemlich fertig nach einer Woche (sind volle 7 Tage!).Wenn Du viel mehr Zeit uebrig hast gibt es dies:Full-time volunteeringThe National Trust has been providing opportunities for volunteers to develop practical skills in countryside and heritage for many years.
