Was ist das für eine Pflanze?

Hallo zusammen. Ich weiss nicht ob ich hier richtig bin. Ist das ein Baum, ein Strauch oder eine Pflanze?
DAS ist 4-5 m hoch und hat Risenbläter. Danke
