meine blüht noch nicht, aber das sehr lockere Polster entspricht deinem Bild.

Dianthus monspessulanus ist im Netz genauso wie im großen Tontopf sehr variabel. Breite Blütenblätter, Blütenblätter mit rotem Band um das Zentrum und sehr ausgefranste Blütenblätter alle aus demselben Polster.

von der gibt es 3 Unterarten. Ich kenne nur ssp. sternbergii, deren Blüten extrem gefranst sind. Das Bild habe ich 2005 in den Dolomiten in der Nähe des Fedaja-Stausees gemacht. Köhlein hat in seinem Nelkenbuch die Unterart monspessulanus abgebildet. Auch deren Blüten sind etwas weniger gefranst. wie die 3. Unterart ssp. marsicus aussieht. weiß ich nicht.

Dianthus Pink Kisses wird ja derzeit überall angeboten. Gibt es schon längerfristige Erfahrungen, wie ausdauernd die Pflanzen sind?

Sehr apart. Die späte Blüte finde ich genauso wertvoll wie die Schönheit der Blüte.

Hier blühen jetzt auch Nelkensämlinge in diversen Schattierungen (und ich finde sogar die rosanen akzeptabel).
