die Firma hatte bis 1939 ihre Gärtnerei in Niederwalluf bei Mainz. Dort in der Nähe sind möglicherweise noch ein paar alte Sorten zu finden. Der Oberrheingraben ist für Bartiris ein idealer Standort, genauso wie für viele der mediterranen Pflanzen.

Ride Joy. Ist schon jahrelang eine "Vollzicke". Mal blühte sie mal blühte sie 4 Jahre nicht! Seit 5 Jahren will sie schon jemand haben. Nun steht sie auf dem neuen Platz und ich hoffe sie breitet sich nun endlich aus, damit ich meine Schuld einlösen kann
