Bei mir geht grad ein Echinopsis ein - unter einem Walnussbaum - keine Ahnung, was den stört. Sooo widerstandsfähig ist das Zeug offenbar auch wieder nicht.

Bei 'Miss Lingard' kann ich mir das vorstellenAber wie ist es mit Phlox amplifolia?Ich habe hier keine guten Bedingungen für Phlox, aber der wächst und vermehrt sich wie wild... (weiß und rosa).das ist lieb, aber Phlox geht gar nicht auf den offenen Wiesenflächen. Sogar die robusten weiß blühenden wie Phlox maculatum Syn. Phlox carolina 'Miss Lingard' sind jetzt verschwunden. Leider.

welche Sorten hast du? David und Great Smoky Mountains gefallen mir. Am Gehölzrand wachsen Phloxe in meinem Garten gut, auf offener Wiesenfläche gibt es keine Bewässerung und das Phlox paniculata verkochte schön. Wunderbare Blüten an Stengeln mit schwarzen Blättern.

die bepflanzte Fläche ist wahrscheinlich 500 qm groß. Ich kann einen Teil in Rasen umwandeln, aber andere Teile haben schon gute Pflanzungen, die nur ergänzt werden müssten, um die Pflege leichter zu machen.Wie groß ist denn die Wiese, um die es da geht?

Gekauft hatte ich David und Minnehaha.David hat einen weißen Sämling produziert, der unmittelbar zu Füßen des relativ großen Judasbaums steht - meist knochentrocken.Das scheint in kaum zu stören.Neben David steht noch ein anderer rosa Phlox, den ich auch für einen David-Sämling halte. Ist genauso robust.Minnehaha steht zwischen Lonicera Halliana und der Thujahecke der Nachbarn.Auch alles andere als ein Phloxstandort...Wäre zumindest ein Versuch wert.welche Sorten hast du? stimmt! 
Heute habe ich mir die Lagen noch mal genauer angeschaut. Langsam formt sich ein Plan. Wahrscheinlich schau ich mir die Lage noch oft an, bevor der Plan ins Rollen kommt.

Das würde ich auch so machen.Jetzt weißt du, was im Angebot ist und kannst entsprechend planen.Zum Pflanzen ist es jetzt ja wohl eh zu spät.

ja, alles, was mir jetzt in die Hände oder den Schoß fällt, das muss ich topfen. Hier am Kompostplatz ist aufgeräumt und Platz + Bachwasser und Schatten.
