so sieht Hamamelis 'Sunburst' in der Sonne aus. Rechts im Hintergrund die umdrahteten Weiden.
Wie die "Sunburst" den Sonnenschein verstärkt (das soll nicht schockiert heißen, sondern "mir fallen die Augen aus dem Kopf") ganz und gar grandios!
ist die echt so weißgelb und dichtbüschelig?! und wo haste die her?

das war die Ersatzpflanzung für die Pallida, die bei der Baumfällung von dem Douglasien Wald im Vorgarten des alten Hauses versprochen wurde. Seitdem suche ich nach der echten Pallida, die im Januar zu blühen beginnt und köstlich brausepulverig duftet.

Ganz vergessen (wenn man keine Benachrichtigungen einstellt ...), danke dafür! Dann ist Balkan also etwas weiter gefasst, hatte jetzt auch noch diesen Thread von Dir dazu gefunden. Sehr interessant, wenn mein Interesse auch nur theoretisch sein kann, praktisch fehlen mir für das meiste die passenden Pflanzplätze.
so, Ostern ist gelb im Wiesengarten. 3 Pflanzungen mit frühblühenden Narzissen.
Narcissus 'Spellbinder' - alte Sorte Narcissus pseudonarcissus - Narcissus pseudonarcissus Wild-Typ EifelImmer nehme ich mir vor die Wiesen-Schlüsselblumen zu verteilen und die Narzissen aufzunehmen und einzeln zu pflanzen. Bei den Wiesen-Schlüsselblumen hat es dieses Jahr geklappt. Primula veris subsp. macrocalyx sind dazu gekommen. Große und dichte Bestände von Allem sind mein Ziel.

von Lunaria rediviva tauchen gerade viele Sämlinge auf. Ungewöhnlich viele. Was mich sehr freut. Durchmischt mit Hirschzungenfarn und Smyrnium perfoliatum soll das eine Pflanzung im öden Eck unter der Trockenmauer und dem Haselbusch geben. Die Mutterpflanze, eine von den Mutterpflanzen, unter den Hamamelis und vor den Samthortensien.

die sehr blühfaule Vancouveriana hexandra unter der Samthortensie.

Magnolia x loebneri 'Leonard Messel' mit rosafarben angehauchten Anemone nemorosa und hellgelben Primula elatior, Ranunculus ficaria und Anemone x lipsienssi. Gerne würde ich ein besseres Bild machen, vielleicht kommt die Idee aber doch rüber.

Gerne würde ich ein besseres Bild machen, vielleicht kommt die Idee aber doch rüber.
