Auf jeden Fall ist mir klar geworden, dass ich ein paar Sachen einsetzen will... die werde ich jetzt bestellen, topfen und wie o.g. vorgehen mit PFlanzung im Herbst. Und die Gaura, die ich dort schon mal hatte, werde ich einfach doch abdecken müssen über den Winter....
wenn ich von Vorkultur spreche, bis sich eine ausreichende Wurzelmasse gebildet hat, dann meine ich damit einen größeren Zeitraum. Ein Jahr oder länger. Zack zack geht im Wiesengarten gar nichts.
Wenn du jetzt bestellst, dann hast du die Gießerei am Hals. Möglich, dass du auch keine gute Qualität bekommst, wie soll das gehen? Überall ist jetzt Wassermangel. Im Herbst bestellte Pflanzen wirst du geschützt überwintern müssen in deiner Gegend. Im Frühjahr bestellen ist da sicherer. Aber das schrieb ich ja schon.
Ich habe grad gelesen, dass du für Vorkultur Baukübel nimmst - das ist allerdings ne Hausnummer.....Weißt du, deine Argumente überzeugen mich, aber ich werde es dennoch probieren. Habe schon bestellt bei Gaiss...r....Schutz braucht nur die Gaura, die anderen nicht. Die Gaura werde ich versenken vor dem Winter und dick mit Buchenlaub mulchen. Dann habe ich gleich im Frühling was zu verteilen...bin momentan grad so richtig Feuer und Flamme im vorderen Gartenteil. Wir haben dort wieder gerodet, den blöden Satellitenmast umgesetzt. Ich entdecke ständig kleine Überlebenskünstler. Das hat mir so richtig viel Schwung und Elan gegeben. Vielleicht habe ich ja mehr Glück als Verstand... Die Gießerei habe ich recht gut im Griff momentan, ich habe Zeit.
@ Gartenplaner: Gelagert im Hauswirtschaftsraum, trocken, dunkel, frostfrei und im Winter relativ kühl. Im Sommer ist es dort auch schon mal wärmer, aber im Winter nicht....
am unteren Ende des Gartens auf wechselfeuchtem Boden sieht der Bestand von Lysimachia clethroides noch sehr ansehnlich aus. Bald werden die Blätter schlappen und entweder vertrocknet sein, oder eine strahlend rote Herbstfärbung haben.

Ich muss direkt mal nachsehen, wie es meiner geht. Bei mir sind die Glattblattastern in diesem Jahr richtig gestresst.... Welke, Schnecken.... Raublattastern sehen immer irgendwie besser aus. Ist alles nur recht dicht dort.... da sind die schnellen im Vorteil.....

am obersten Ende des Gartens in Waldnähe unter der Trockenmauer die blauen Hydrangea serratas. Wenn man sich dem Garten von der Seite nähert ist die Fernwirkung großartig. Bald werden die Blüten zusammenschnurren und trocken sein.
