weiter gehts mit den Iris, die ich vorgestern bei Krokosmian fotografiert hatte. Buttercup Bower 1960 Chet Tompkins. wiki.irises: "This iris exhibits purple-based foliage." Hat sie auch.

Oh vielen Dank, das ist ja grossartig. Da muss wohl die Spenderin via einer anderen Plattform an diese Iris gekommen sein, als sie da auch Just Crazy bestellt hat! Ich liebe solche verrückten Überraschungen, Wo kann man seine anderen Züchtungen sehen?
Bin gerade dahintergestiegen, dass ich schon eine von diesem Züchter habe, 'Moonlight Sketch', hab aber die Site seiner eigenen auch unregistrierten Züchtungen noch nicht gefunden. :-[
Sorry, wenn ich jetzt ein wenig Eigenwerbung mache, aber auf meiner Webseite gibt es einen Link "Irislinks" und dort einen Link "Iris kaufen". Dort habe ich alles aufgelistet, was ich weltweit an Kaufmöglichkeiten für Iris gefunden habe. Auch die Tschechei ist gelistet. Hier kann ich Herrn Krupka empfehlen. Bei etwa 50 bestellten Iris war keine einzige falsch. Bei Nejedlo jede sechste - sogar bei seine eigenen Züchtungen. aber bei den Preisen habe ich nicht geheult. ;D

Tipp zu den tschechischen Seiten: Wer tschechisch kann ist klar im Vorteil. Ansonsten findet man hier die Iris unter dem Begriff "Kosatce". Beide Seiten obiger Züchter/Händler zeigen ihr Sortiment in Tabellenform an. Ich habe dann einfach die Tabellenzeile auf eine Wordseite kopiert und als ich alles zusammengestellt hatte, habe ich es Ihnen als Email in englisch (können beide) gesendet. Hat alles reibungslos geklappt.
