Folgendes kam über die SABG rein:

Graham Duncan, the well-known and prolific author of many books and botanical works on South African bulbs, has recently retired from Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden and will be visiting the UK in the second half of March. He has kindly offered to give us and the Nerine and Amaryllid Society a talk, and this has been arranged as a joint meeting of the SABG and NAAS. Our usual hall is not available, so we have booked a hall near Tadley, between Basingstoke and Reading. We hope this will be more accessible than our Winchester hall to members living further north, while remaining accessible to those in the south.
The location will be Heath End Village Hall, Heath End Road, Baughurst (near Tadley) RG26 5LU

Details are still being finalised, but the likely approximate timetable will be:
10:00 doors open
11:00 talk by Graham Duncan on his 45 years at Kirstenbosch, including Agapanthus and perhaps Lachenalia
12:00 lunch break (bring your own lunch, but the usual hot drinks and biscuits will be available)
13:30 talk by Jon Evans on South African amaryllids, possibly including a few from South America or North Africa
15:00 close
There will be sales of plants and books, including those from Sue Bedwell's collection.
